Data centres
Servers run in tier-3 data centres in Nuremberg, Falkenstein, Helsinki, Ashburn, Hillsboro and Singapore. Choose German and EU regions for GDPR residency; US and Asia when latency needs it. DDoS filtering is included on public IPs.
Identity before provision
Stripe Identity (photo ID and selfie) is required once per account before the first server. We store verification status only, not images.
Access defaults
SSH key injection at create time. Password auth disabled on new servers. Cloud firewall with SSH/HTTP/HTTPS presets. IPv4 and IPv6 dual-stack.
Backups and recovery
On-demand snapshots from the portal. Automated backups as a paid add-on. Resize and rebuild without leaving the control panel.
Payments
Card payments via Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers. Invoices and receipts available in the portal.
